Mehmet Yılmaz Akbulut was born in İstanbul, Üsküdar in 1990. He graduated from Boğaziçi University, History Department in 2013. In 2015, he earned Master’s Degree in History at the same university. Akbulut is now working on his PhD on the Ottoman 18th century political history and political biographies.
